Still was shaped by a few very different moments in our lives that showed us just how much meaning a small piece of jewellery can hold.
For Steph, that meaning began with an incredibly personal experience. After the loss of her daughter, they were given matching bracelets before she was laid to rest—one for her daughter and one for Steph.
Those bracelets became a symbol of a connection that could never be taken away.
“She has a piece of me, and I have a piece of her, wherever she is.”
Steph has always wished those bracelets could have been permanent. There was something deeply comforting about the thought of a piece connecting them that was meant to stay. That experience eventually became part of the heart behind Still Legacy.
Then, years later, came Vegas.
Steph and Jill travelled to Las Vegas to see a concert at the Sphere. While there, they discovered permanent jewellery with tiny band charms and had bracelets made to commemorate the trip. It was such a simple thing, but suddenly a really special memory had become something they could wear long after Vegas was over.
And somewhere in the middle of a very packed Vegas pool party, surrounded by music, people and probably far too much Vegas happening around us, the idea for Still was born.
Because apparently that's where all serious business plans begin.
What started as “Wait... we could totally do this!” somehow turned into Still Permanent Jewellery.
But underneath the fun, the reason behind Still has always been the same: connection.
The people we love. The friendships that grow with us. The pets who become family. The ridiculous trips we never want to forget. And the people we continue to carry with us even when they're no longer beside us.
Because sometimes jewellery is more than something you wear.
